Prime and paint in a day
Plenty of roofers prime and paint in one hit to get off your roof faster. Until the tile is assessed there is no way to know if that is even possible. Rush it and the coating fails.
Wrong primer for the tile
Different tiles, and different levels of wear, need different primers. Use the wrong one and the paint either sucks straight into the tile and goes patchy, or it never bonds and peels within a year or two.
Pointing over dirt and bumps
If the ridge caps are not ground back and the surface is not prepped, pointing straight over dirt and uneven bedding looks bumpy and terrible, and it will not bond or last. Neat pointing starts with prepping the surface properly.

Pressure Wash
We blast off years of moss, lichen and grime at 3500 PSI, with the pressure set right for your tiles. A proper clean is the foundation of a coating that lasts.
Re-Bed Ridges
Cracked, crumbling bedding is common up there. We strip the old bedding and lay fresh cement so every ridge sits straight and solid.
Neat Flexi-Point
We grind the ridge caps back and prep the surface first, then point with flexible compound applied neat. That is what makes pointing bond properly and stay looking sharp, instead of bumpy and cracking.
Replace Broken Tiles
Cracked and chipped tiles are replaced before any coating goes near the roof. No covering up problems.
Prime, Seal & Coat
